Love It or List It is a primetime reality series about homeowners whose love affair with their home has lost its sizzle. Maybe their needs have outgrown the home they once loved, or time has robbed it of its once-attractive lustre. The dilemma: love it or list it.

Each episode is filled with the stress of major renovations, the temptation of beautiful new real estate and a fierce rivalry between the show’s designer Hilary Farr and David Visentin the program’s real estate agent. Both of them are willing to go to any length for the homeowners’ allegiance. In the end, each homeowner must decide – do they Love It enough to stay or is it time to move and List It.

Love It or List It combines three great elements,” adds Big Coat Executive and Producer Catherine Fogarty, “breathtaking designs, real estate porn, and two  larger than life personalities – Hilary and David, who never fail to amuse us with their  natural banter. We struck gold when we put them together!”
