Miracles Decoded makes its premiere on History Canada Sunday, May 25 at 10 PM.

Exploring Miraculous Phenomena Around The World

Miracles Decoded travels to four continents, meeting people who claim to have experienced miraculous events: a leading surgeon believes she visited heaven and has proof of the afterlife; a mechanic crushed under a car and near death sees angels who save him; a woman says a Voodoo priest lifted an evil hex and saved her life.

A series for both people of faith and die-hard skeptics, Miracles Decoded tells two sides of each story, presenting firsthand accounts of the individuals who experienced these miracles, and hearing from cultural experts and scientists who have their own explanations for the phenomena.

Miracles Decoded examines the ways people around the world have experienced their faith throughout the ages and into the present,” said Barbara Williams, Senior Vice President, Content, Shaw Media. “Saloon Media has done a phenomenal job of bringing these stories to life and creating a well-rounded series that presents different perspectives on these fascinating events.”

“Gripping, emotional and dramatic, these stories explore the fascinating relationship between science and faith. We are fortunate to have HISTORY Canada, HISTORY UK, HISTORY India and A+E Networks as partners to produce this fantastic series,” said Michael Kot, Executive Producer, Saloon Media.

Commissioned by HISTORY Canada, and sold into HISTORY UK and HISTORY India, Miracles Decoded will also air on HISTORY channels worldwide.  Miracles Decoded is a format of Milagros Decodificados from HISTORY in Latin America.  A+E Networks is handling international distribution of the series and the format.
