Syndicado Inc. is thrilled to be releasing Yariv Mozer’s groundbreaking documentary internationally. “The Invisible Men offers a wrenching perspective on an aspect of Israeli and Palestinian society that few consider,” says Greg Rubidge, President of Syndicado. “We’re privileged to have a chance to share this riveting film.”
Syndicado will be giving the film it’s U.S. on-demand release via Verizon, and it’s Canada/U.S/International digital release via iTunes and Xbox on March 21. It will also be released in the U.S on Amazon, Vudu, Samsung and Dish, and in Canada on Shaw.
The Invisible Men reveals an untold side of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict; gay Palestinians. The film relates the experiences of Abdu, Faris and Louie, three gay Palestinians hiding illegally in Israel. The trio face discrimination and persecution from family and police at home and constant danger as illegal residents in Israel. Their only chance for survival is to leave their homeland behind and seek asylum outside Palestine and Israel.
